Apply to Kingswood
The Admissions team will be the point of communication with parents during the admission process. Places are allocated on the basis of ‘first come first served’ and when all places are taken, a waiting list operates. No admission fee is charged.
Should your child be accepted into Kingswood College, enrolment fees will be required to secure your child’s place, as well as a signed contract of enrolment.

This form will be processed by the Admissions team who will make contact with you.
Before you begin the process, please ensure that you have scanned copies of the following documents to attach to your application:
- A copy of a recent passport-sized photo of the Applicant (maximum size 200kb)
- A copy of the applicant’s birth certificate
- A copy of the applicant’s passport, if not a South African citizen
- A copy of the applicant’s latest school report
- Copies of Parent/Legal Guardian ID Documents
- Copies of Parent/Legal Guardian passports, if not South African citizens

Interviews and Assessments
As part of the application process, all applicants need to visit Kingswood during term time to be interviewed by the Head. On request, an assessment might be required.
During a visit to Kingswood Junior School, all junior applicants will be required to do a basic academic assessment.
