Our facilities
Set slightly apart from the College, Kingswood Pre-Primary is home to our School’s most precious pupils. Safe and secure, they can be just who they need to be in their own colourful environment which boasts its own sports field, an adventure playground, water and sand play areas, a modern climbing frame to develop core skills and strength, a “construction and engineering” area fully decked out with hard hats and lumo vests, a mud kitchen, a fairy garden, dinosaur world, a large chalk wall and a dress up rail.
There are three classrooms, two of which open out onto a covered astroturf veranda, installed to make accommodations for bad weather and to provide a comfortable area for soft play.
In the words of the Junior School Head, Mr James Hough, the Pre-Primary is his “happy, vibrant place” a place where he goes if he needs a ‘pick me up’. It is the perfect environment to nurture the balanced development of mind, body and spirit.
