The boarding houses at Kingswood are more than just buildings; they are at the very centre of our pupil’s time and identity at the school, where they become part of a community of friends, peers and staff.  

With over 75% of pupils boarding across the school at Kingswood, there is a lively and vibrant community and campus life. The relaxed, family atmosphere ensures that even our youngest Kingswoodians are able to settle in quickly and become part of the Kingswood family.

Our Philosophy of ‘a home where all belong’ applies to both the boys and the girls’ boarding houses and it is here, that an atmosphere is created where emphasis is placed on individualised care and attention for the pupils in our care by the Housepersons, Matrons and Student Assistants attached to these houses.
