August is Women’s Month and what better way to truly celebrate it than by touching base with a few notable women in our very own Kingswood family. This is the third profile in our KC Women’s Month Series.
As we continue our KC Women’s Month Series today, we profile Mrs Yolisa Kosa, OK ’94.
Today we have the privilege of profiling Mrs Yolisa Koza as part of our Women’s month series. Yolisa was at Kingswood from 1987 to 1994 and during her time at Kingswood, was also the Headgirl in her Matric year.
She is the Head of Marketing and Communication for Wealth at Standard Bank. This entails non-transactional solutions which are offered within Standard Bank including and not limited to – Insurance, Investment, Fiduciary and Bespoke Banking. This not limited to just South Africa, but also other African regions and more internationally as well.
Ms Koza is a member of the Wealth Exco, Wealth South Africa Exco and the Marketing and Communications Exco. She is also an Executive Sponsor of the Marketing Diversity Inclusion Forum and sits on the board of Diners Club South Africa.
Before joining the financial sector, Yolisa worked for a global management consultancy where she was able to develop and nurture her skills in change management as well as client relationship management. She is also an alumna of the GIBS Leading Women and International Executive Development Programmes.
She is married to Mr Sandile Koza and they have two children, a daughter, Lulibo and a son, Kuhle.
