Tyler is an outstanding scholar with an exemplary approach to her academic work, developing her innate ability in an admirable manner. She is a gentle soul who strives for excellence both in the content and quality of work she presents. Tyler demonstrates great tenacity; always conscientious and disciplined in her approach. She relentlessly seeks for answers and is very serious about her studies, yet she still manages to put humour into her interaction with others in the classroom.
She thinks independently, takes initiative and is always responsible in her approach. Tyler demonstrates a self-motivated and proactive willingness to do her best in all that she is involved in. She is quiet yet engages fully in her work. She has an excellent work ethic as well as well-developed higher order thinking skills.
Tyler consistently asks the tough questions to ensure that she maximises her academic achievement across all forms of assessments. She does not settle for anything less than her best and this is evident in all that she does. She works independently with tenacity and grit in developing an understanding of the work covered. Tyler is an astute, methodical deconstructor of text who applies a rigorous intellect and natural acumen to the interrogation of ideas. She is pragmatic in approach and creative in expression. She is a diligent learner and sets a good example for her peers. Having fulfilled the requirements and in acknowledgement of Tyler’s approach to academics, she is awarded Honours for Academics
