Last night our Grade 12s gathered in the High Performance Centre for their Leavers Dinner.

One of the special moments of this celebration is that those who have decided to join the OK Club as Life Members were all wearing their Old Kingswoodian ties. They will now become part of the extended Kingswoodian family when they leave at the end of the year.

It was wonderful that so many of our parents were able to join us and celebrate this event with us. The speeches were well presented, the food and ambiance was out of this world, and more importantly the legendary Kingswood spirit was ever present throughout the evening. We were also lucky to have a number of Grade 12s this year who are children or family of Old Kingswoodians.

It is clear that the golden thread of Kingswood is always there, and will be continued on, hopefully, in generations still to come. We hope that one day the class of 2020 will return and attend this dinner with their children, thereby insuring that the Kingswood legacy lives on…
