“On the twenty-third day of the month of September, in an early year of a decade not too long before our own, the human race suddenly encountered a deadly threat to its very existence” – Little Shop of Horrors

Our Kingswood College Drama Department are excited to announce that something has been growing…

After two years of being deprived of live performance and theatre, the Kingswood Drama department is thrilled to present Little Shop of Horrors.

The Drama studio, and more recently Foundation hall, has been a buzz with excitement and energy rehearsing this musical. Little Shop of Horrors is a horror comedy rock musical.

The story follows Seymour, a hapless florist shop worker, who raises a plant that feeds on human blood.

Unbeknownst to Seymour the plant has his own desires for world domination and takes on a scarily active role in achieving his goals. With over sized characters, giant plant puppets all complimented with music inspired by early rock and roll, doo-wop and Motown this show will have you laughing, crying and singing along.

We invite you to come enjoy a night at the theatre with us.
