At the recent World Employment Conference (WEC) held in Lisbon, Portugal, Old Kingswoodian, Johnny Goldberg (OK 1979) was one of 29 speakers.

Johnny Goldberg (OK 1979) has been a dynamic and integral part of the labour law landscape in South Africa for over 20 years. He is an expert in Labour Law and Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment, and is the Chairman of Global Business Solutions. His experience is unrivalled, and it is therefore no surprise that he is a sought after advisor, lecturer and speaker on various platforms not only nationally but also internationally.

His most recent presentation was made at the WEC, which this year was held in Lisbon. He presented on “The Working Conditions We Want: Ensuring Agency Work is Attractive on Pay and Employment Terms”. He presented to over 180 delegates from 35 countries and 5 continents.

Next year, the WEC will be hosted in Cape Town, and we are quite sure Johnny will once again be on stage sharing his insights on all things HR. Well done, Johnny!
