Mr Richard Gaybba, Chair of Council, and Kingswood College Head, Mr Leon Grové, are pleased to formally announce the appointment of Mrs Tracy van Molendorff (Hon. OK) as Head of the Senior School.

This appointment affirms our confidence in her leadership and reflects our commitment to a cohesive, clearly defined leadership structure within the Senior School. It forms part of the College’s broader strategic commitment to pursuing excellence across academics, sport, cultural life, pastoral care, school culture and operational effectiveness.

Mrs van Molendorff brings extensive experience, steady leadership and a deep understanding of Kingswood’s ethos and values. She has played a key role in nurturing strong academic standards in her previous role as Senior School Head in charge of Academics, while also fostering a caring and disciplined environment that supports the holistic development of our pupils.

Reflecting on her appointment, Mrs van Molendorff noted that it is both an honour and a privilege to serve the College in this role. She emphasised her continued focus on the wellbeing and development of pupils, and the importance of maintaining a balanced educational experience that supports academic growth alongside sport, cultural engagement and leadership opportunities.

Mr Grové noted that the appointment aligns with the College’s ongoing commitment to strengthening leadership within the Senior School. Over the coming months, additional senior and middle management appointments will be made to support this structure and ensure continued growth and stability.
