As per the Government Gazette published on Friday 22 January, Independent Schools are able to welcome pupils back from Saturday 30 January.

Please note the change in reopening dates:

  • Monday 1 February: New Pupils Day
  • Tuesday, 2nd February: Travel Day
  • Wednesday, 3rd February: Onsite schooling commences

We are acutely aware that the amended directions will displace some families who cannot change their travel arrangements. Kingswood will therefore continue to offer the choice of online learning until the 15th of February.

If you are a New Pupil and can only return on the 15th we will ensure a thorough orientation during that week.

This has been a tumultuous month but we are so glad to be welcoming our pupils back and thank all our Kingswoodians, parents, and staff for weathering the storm with us. The term will end as planned the Wednesday before the Easter Weekend.
