Last weekend saw the Gqeberha OK Club Branch get together for an afternoon of padel! Old Kingswoodians, friends and family enjoyed a wonderful time together for what is sure to become a much anticipated annual event.

Kingswoodians, friends and family in and around Gqeberha gathered together yesterday for an afternoon of Padel. The informal social event was a great success with 20 players enjoying an Americano mixup round robin. This format saw almost everyone play against each other.

As well as the Padel players, there was also a group of children who enjoyed skittles, giant connect 4 and corn hole, whilst their parents participated on the courts.

A special thanks must go to David Mason (OK 2001) for putting the event together. Our thanks must also go to all those who brought their families out for the event – your support is always appreciated.

Good fun and good company made for a wonderful afternoon, all in the spirit synonymous with Kingswood. This event will certainly be repeated – so keep a close eye on the dates for next one!
