In 2023, Emma began her Masters in Entomology at Rhodes University. She currently works for River Bioscience as a research technician and field representative.

Emma was invited to attend as well as present her research at ICE2024 (International Congress of Entomology 2024) in Kyoto, Japan in August. Her paper was entitled “The effects of host size on parasitism by Trichogrammatoidea cryptophlebiae.”

In the welcoming speech made by Professor Masato Ono, Ph.D. (Chair of the 27th Congress of Entomology) he said “We hope the congress will serve as a springboard, significantly contributing to the remarkable and world-wide advancement of our research fields.”

Kingswood congratulates Emma on being a part of the work being done in the exciting field of entomology. Well done, Emma!
