Yesterday, the Kingswoodian Club hosted the annual Seniors Luncheon in Port Alfred. A wonderful time was had by all!
Several of our pupils recently took part in the JSE Investment Challenge. With over 25 000 participants, our 12 pupils did remarkably well!
Yesterday, the OK Club hosted its annual Matric and Gap Year luncheon at the Wyvern. This event has become part of the symbolic end to the Matric and Gap Year journey at school, and the beginning of their new journey as Old Kingswoodians.
Last week at the announcement and induction of prefects, Jaryd Botha was made Head of Chubb House – exactly 30 years after his father, Garry Botha (OK 1993) was awarded the same position.
The Old Kingswoodian Club welcomed the Class of 2023 as new members by presenting them with their OK ties and certificates on Sunday the 8th of October.
The Kingswood community is deeply saddened to bid farewell to a “Kingswood Legend”. Mr Denzil Fincham (OK 1962) passed away on Sunday the 28th of August, 2023.
This weekend the Class of 1993 attended their 30th Reunion. It was a weekend filled with nostalgia, laughter and reconnecting!
Today, the Kingswood community bids farewell to a much loved Kingswoodian, Mr Gareth Barron Shaw (OK 1991) who died peacefully yesterday afternoon after a brave battle with cancer.
This morning Mr Mini Meyer Dial was met with a standing ovation in the Memorial Chapel as he was presented with the prestigious Honorary Old Kingswoodian award after 18 years of loyal service to the Kingswood Community.
