Having marked many milestones together over the years, the Class of 1981 once again reunited from across the globe for a memorable 45-year celebration, proving that true friendships continue to stand the test of time.

This latest gathering formed part of a proud tradition, as 12 classmates came together over the weekend to reconnect and celebrate 45 years since their school days. The occasion was made all the more meaningful by the distances travelled, with attendees journeying from across South Africa, as well as from Zambia, Israel, and Australia.

As with reunions past, the weekend was filled with laughter, shared memories, and the easy camaraderie that has endured through the years. Time and distance seemed to fall away as friendships were rekindled and strengthened once more.

Stories of school days were fondly revisited, life milestones were celebrated, and new memories were created, adding to a legacy that began 45 years ago. The reunion served as a heartfelt reminder that the friendships and bonds formed at Kingswood remain strong, continuing to influence and shape lives many years on.

The commitment shown by this small but dedicated group reflects the enduring value of staying connected and nurturing lifelong friendships. Their efforts ensured yet another successful and meaningful gathering, continuing a tradition that has clearly stood the test of time.

Well done to the Class of 1981 for organising such a memorable and heartfelt reunion, a true celebration of friendship, shared history, and journeys that all began at Kingswood.
