After a life-changing event left him paralyzed as a Stellenbosch student in 1994, Ian Hamilton (OK 1989) turned adversity into purpose. Through his organisation, The Quad Squad, he has devoted his life to ensuring that quadriplegics receive the care, support, and opportunities they need to thrive.
Natalie Sterk (née Ross OK 2008) competed in the Two Ocean Ultra Marathon on the 13th of April, finishing with a fantastic result!
On the 15th of March, Lynda (OK 1982) jumped into the icy Atlantic waters in Cape Town and completed the notoriously difficult Robben Island Crossing.
The OK Club held two well-attended events in the Western Cape over half term. It was wonderful to catch up with our Kingswood family in Cape Town, Stellenbosch and surrounding areas.

The Western Cape Branch of the OK Club gathered in Cape Town for a Seniors Bring and Braai. The afternoon was spent laughing and reminiscing!
On the 16th July, 2022, over 80 Old Kingswoodians from the Western Cape Branch, along with friends and families gathered to watch the Springboks take on Wales in Cape Town.
