The week (12-17 June) saw the City of Saints come alive as Kingswood College hosted a week-long K-Day derby between three of SA’s leading independent schools based in Makhanda (Grahamstown).

Every year, Kingswood College honours the life of Uyinene Mrwetyana, an old Kingswoodian (OK’ 2018) who lost her life far too soon to gender-based violence. The vision of the event is to celebrate her life and to take the time to stop, pause and reflect on who Uyinene was and the legacy she has left behind.

Our Kingswood College 1st XV got off to an immaculate start yesterday scoring two immediate tries to take a 14-0 lead vs Queens College at the Graeme 150th rugby festival.
