In a world where there are so many social injustices that take place every day, it is important that we continue to celebrate the life of Neil Aggett as he advocated for those who found themselves at the receiving end of social injustices.

Last week on Friday the Kingswood Livestock Fund was re-launch at an event at The Wyvern. Despite very inclement weather, the support was incredible, with over 70 people attending the evening.
On Friday our Kingswoodians celebrated “Random Acts of Kindness Day”, which is celebrated on the 17th of February. Despite the rainy weather, our pupils’ spirits were high as they went about bringing cheer, happiness, light and laughter to those around them in various ways.
The beginning of the school year is usually a hive of activity as the pupils sign up or audition for an ensemble. Then it’s time for some workshopping. This provides the opportunity for the ensemble members to become acquainted with their teammates and to start work on the year’s repertoire in an intensive way – a few hours rather than a short rehearsal session.
