At the Daidoh Championship Mohair Awards Ceremony held in October, Denys Hobson (OK 1969) was awarded for his remarkable contribution to the Mohair industry of South Africa, which stretches back decades.

In 2019, Old Kingswoodians, Jonathan Willows (OK 2007) and Laine Collett (OK 2011) diversified their farming, and turned to rejuvinating a pineapple farm, resulting in a hugely successful operation.
On Friday the 16th of November 2024, Kingswood College celebrated a significant moment in its history with the final Trustees meeting of the year for the Kingswood College Centenary Trust and the Kingswood College Scholarship and Bursary Trust. This special occasion marked not only the conclusion of the year but also the commemoration of two major anniversaries: the 30th anniversary of the Kingswood College Centenary Trust and the 15th anniversary of the Kingswood College Scholarship and Bursary Trust.
