The Western Cape Branch Watch The Springboks take on Wales
On the 16th July, 2022, over 80 Old Kingswoodians from the Western Cape Branch, along with friends and families gathered to watch the Springboks take on Wales in Cape Town.

50 and 60 Year Reunions For 2022
We welcomed back a wonderful group of OKs, celebrating their combined 50- and 60-year reunions. The classes of 1960, 1961, 1962, 1970, 1971 and 1972 arrived back on campus on the 8th of July.
60th Chapel Anniversary Service
The Kingswood Memorial Chapel was opened in 1962 with over 2,000 people present. On Sunday we celebrated this milestone with a special service in the Chapel. There were also a number of reunion groups in attendance – 1960-62 and 1970-72.
Rest in peace, Mr Gardner
Today, Kingswood mourns the loss of and celebrates the life of Mr Steve Gardner (OK 1976), who died peacefully this weekend with his family by his side.
Legends Golf Day 2022
On Thursday, 16 June 2022 the annual Legends Day Golf Day was held at The Belmont Golf Club, in Grahamstown. The glorious day produced perfect golfing conditions.
10, 20, 30 and 40-Year Reunions For 2022
On the 16th June 2022, we hosted a whopping nine reunions, in an effort to make up for time lost to the Covid-19 Pandemic. As a result, this was the largest reunion of Kingswoodians outside the Centenary and 125 Jubilee Celebrations!

Our very own Mr Kingswood, Buster Brotherton, reached an amazing milestone today – his 90th birthday. Buster needs no introduction to the Kingswood family having devoted a lifetime of loyal service to Kingswood.

Kingswood legends and brothers, Derrick (OK 1943) and Maurice (OK 1946) Bradfield met in Port Elizabeth recently to celebrate Derrick’s 97th birthday – what an amazing milestone and he must be one of our oldest Old Kingswoodians around.
