The Kingswood community remembers with deep affection Dr Gordon Mitchell Cragg (OK 1952), who passed away peacefully on 25 August 2025, shortly before his 89th birthday.
On Saturday, 6 September 2025, Kingswood hosted a truly historic black-tie dinner in the Writing Room of the iconic Lord’s Cricket Pavilion, a landmark dating back to 1890. It was a fitting venue for an event celebrating Kingswood’s proud 131-year heritage—an environment steeped in tradition, much like the College itself.
This ceremony was created as a way to honour and remember Old Kingswoodians who have recently passed away, while also offering their families a space for reflection, connection, and remembrance within the school that helped shape their loved ones’ lives.
The Old Kingswoodian Club notes with sadness the passing of Trevor Sackville Anthony Haynes (17 November 1929 – 1 August 2025) at the age of 95.
On Friday, the 5th of September, the Kingswoodian Club held a function at The Wandle Pub in South West London.
